Service Guides for Practices and Practitioners
This page hosts all service guides supporting the delivery of NHS-funded community eye care services through Primary Eyecare Services. Each guide outlines the service pathway, clinical protocols, referral criteria, equipment requirements, and practitioner responsibilities to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
These guides are intended for practitioners, practice managers and owners, and support and administrative teams. They should be referred to alongside the Local Service Summary One-Pagers, which provide area-specific requirements and service delivery.
If you have any questions after reviewing a guide, please contact hello@referral.support or reach out via the blue bubble on the IT Platform.
