This article explains how to log contact attempts for the Post-Op Cataract Service on Opera. This will be visible to practices on the dashboard.
The contact attempt feature can be accessed via the patient's booking form:
- Communication attempts can be logged onto the booking page.
- Relevant notes can be added to each attempt.
- Multiple contact attempts can be recorded on Opera, and all will feed through to our failsafe team.
