Patient Demographics - Accuracy

Introduction

Almost all the clinical forms in OPERA, including for GOS18 will start with a confirmation of the patients demographic details, for example here is a CUES screen:

Data Quality

If you have used the PDS look up your patient data will automatically be checked against the SPINE and updated.  However, telephone numbers are often out of date and so you are required to enter these again.  Please ensure that the telephone numbers are accurate.  If a mobile number is used this will be used to send SMS text messages to the patient.

Please also check all other elements of the demographics before continuing.
