How to refer a patient to another CUES provider

1) Triage your patient as normal, and at the end of triage (or telemedicine) select from the outcome dropdown list: Refer onwards: Refer to CUES Provider on DOS:

2) Find your patient in the manage referrals tab and click the red 'Refer to CUES' button

3) Select Primary Care Service > Routine or Urgent > CUES Provider (or OCT provider or IP provider as relevant)

4) Select the optical practice you have spoken to and click the RHS arros, and confirm the referral on the following page. The patient will disappear from your manage referrals page and transfer to the selected optical practice.
