If you are a provider of these services you should look for a yellow action tab as shown below.  You can also find any referrals using the referral status search and entering 'INTEGRATED CHILDRENS SERVICE READY FOR BOOKING'

You can simply click the yellow tab and begin the service module by booking an appointment, or returning the patient to the provider if the patient cannot be contacted or refuses an examination.

The form tab will then change enabling you to complete the clinical details as with other OPERA modules.
