Post Cataract Transfer for Surgical Providers

This articles explains how to use the post cataract transfer module to send a patient for community review.  There are two videos, the first shows the process if you wish to manually enter your patient's details and the second shows how these data can be uploaded as a PDF.

In order to start a post cataract transfer please select the module from the main screen like this:
