Issues with OPTIX PMS

Practices using OPTIX have reported some issues connecting with and accessing features in OPERA.

This is usually due to firewall settings that are used by OPTIX to enable communication with their cloud based servers.

The solution is to contact OPTIX who have been able to resolve this for users.
