Download a copy of your clinical notes

You may wish to keep a local copy of your clinical records.  This can be easily done within the OPERA system.

Please note that you should not keep a copy of the Summary Care Record  on your practice computers or networks. 
The SCR should be generated each time that a patient has a new clinical session as data can become out of date. It is also not permitted under NHS Digital regulations to keep a local copy of an SCR.

In order to view and download documents associated with the clinical activity, find the patient on the referral management page and look for the blue documents icon.

Click on this icon and you will be taken to the document screen where you can see all the documents related to your referral:

Simply click on "Download Documents" to save the files as either individually, or as a ZIP archive to your local computer.
